Automatic Start Generator Set 3 Phase Silent Diesel Generator 120V/400V
Basic structure:
The basic structure of diesel generator is composed of diesel engine and generator, and the diesel engine drives the generator to generate electricity.
The basic structure of diesel engine: composed of cylinder, piston, cylinder head, intake valve, exhaust valve, piston pin, connecting rod, crankshaft, bearing and flywheel and other components. The diesel engine of the diesel generator is generally a single cylinder or multi-cylinder four-stroke diesel engine. The following I just talk about the basic principle of the single-cylinder four-stroke diesel engine: The diesel engine starting is to rotate the crankshaft of the diesel engine by manpower or other power to make the piston in the top closed cylinder for up and down reciproCAT-parts-partsing motion. The piston completes four strokes in motion: intake stroke, compression stroke, combustion and work (expansion) stroke and exhaust stroke. When the piston moves from up to down, the intake valve opens, and the fresh air filtered by the air filter enters the cylinder to complete the intake stroke. The piston moves from the bottom up, the inlet and exhaust doors are closed, the air is compressed, the temperature and pressure are increased, and the compression process is completed. When the piston is about to reach the apex, the injector will spray the filtered fuel into the combustion chamber in the shape of a mist and mix with the air of high temperature and high pressure. The high pressure formed will push the piston down to work, push the crankshaft to rotate, and complete the work stroke. After the work stroke is finished, the piston moves from the bottom up, and the exhaust valve opens the exhaust to complete the exhaust stroke. Each stroke of the crankshaft rotates half a turn. After several working cycles, the diesel engine gradually accelerates to work under the inertia of the flywheel.
The crankshaft of the diesel engine rotates the generator, which has DC generator and AC generator.
Dc generator is mainly composed of generator housing, magnetic pole core, magnetic field coil, armature and carbon brush. Working power generation principle: When the diesel engine drives the armature of the generator to rotate, because of the remanent magnetic core of the magnetic pole of the generator, the armature coil will cut the magnetic force line in the magnetic field. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the magnetic induction generates current and output current through the carbon brush.
The alternator consists of a permanent magnet (called a rotor) made of magnetic material with alternating north and south poles, and an armature coil (called a stator) made of silicon cast iron and wound with multiple sets of series coils. Working power generation principle: the rotor is driven by the diesel engine to cut the axial magnetic force line, the stator alternately arranged magnetic poles in the coil core to form an alternate magnetic field, the rotor rotates a circle, the direction and size of the flux change many times, due to the transformation of the magnetic field, the size and direction of the induction current will be generated in the coil and the current is conveyed by the stator coil.
In order to protect the electrical equipment and maintain its normal operation, the current from the generator needs to be adjusted and controlled by the regulator.
